LTAA Highlights from the London Build Expo 2024

The London Turkish Architects Association (LTAA) proudly participated in the London Build Expo 2024, the UK’s leading construction show, held on November 20-21 at Olympia London. This remarkable event provided a platform for LTAA to showcase Turkish architects' and industry professionals' innovative approaches and expertise to a global audience.

Burak Capli represented LTAA on the Architecture Stage, joining speakers from Arup, Heatherwick Studio, PLP Architecture, Make Architects, and Design Council. The panel, “Unlocking the Power of Human-Centric Architecture for a Better UK,” examined the role of data in shaping systematic, user-centered design. Burak highlighted how data-driven strategies enhance user experiences and promote adaptive, sustainable environments, contributing to a dynamic discussion on the future of human-centric design.

The event also showcased the latest projects from MAA - Melike Altınışık Architects and Oncuoglu Architects, presenting the cutting-edge Seoul Robot & AI Museum and the dynamic Teras35 Mixed-Use Complex, respectively at the Architect’s Hub. These projects highlighted the innovation and excellence of Turkish architecture on an international stage.
